Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the jewelry in its original Sakura Hoseki velvet pouch and branded box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
